“My AGL” is the simplest way for AGL customers to get connected with AGL.

The application has several sections such as My Bill, Billing Queries, Meter Reading, Service request/Complaint etc.

In My Bill section customer can view and download the bill copy

My Payments section will show payments made by customers and Know the Bills will elaborate the bill for ease of understanding.

In Bill Queries section customer can understand the various billing related queries.

In Meter Reading section where customers can capture meter reading and submit it to AGL for billing purpose.

Service Request/Complaint section where customer can raise service request for several issues such as billing, metering etc and customer care department will take prompt action on such requests.

PNG DO’s and Don’ts section have defined several cases such as Gas leakage or gas stoppage and suggested required action to be taken for PNG customers.
